Compensation: $108,000 - $116,000 Annual Salary, Based on Medicare rate

Position Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) for our Assisted Living Facility ( ALF ) in New Rochelle, New York for bedside patient care. Part-Time, In-Person positions available Monday - Friday, 4 days week week, 6 hours per day. Flexible Schedules Available!

Qualifications of the Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) :

• Valid Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) license in the state of New York
• 2+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner ( NP )
• Active DEA License
• Experience working in an Assisted Living Facility ( ALF ) preferred

Responsibilities of the Nurse Practitioner ( NP ):

• Check ups
• Management of chronic conditions
• Medication Management
