Position Description:

We’re seeking an experienced RN to lead and support our nursing staff in a skilled nursing facility. The Nurse Supervisor will ensure quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and strong team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support RNs and CNAs to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Monitor resident conditions, assist in interventions, and oversee medication administration.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing on care planning and clinical decisions.
• Address family concerns and provide leadership during daily rounds.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and assist with staff training and scheduling.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in [State]; 3+ years of nursing experience preferred.
• Leadership experience in long-term or geriatric care.
• Strong clinical, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of SNF regulations and EHR systems.
