Compensation: $105,000 - $145,000 Annual Salary

Position Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Receivable Manager for our Skilled Nursing Facilities ( SNF ) in Lakewood, New Jersey. This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Manager: :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable management within Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ).

Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Manager:

• Lead and support AR teams across 10+ skilled nursing facilities, ensuring efficient operations, training, and policy development.

• Oversee accurate billing, manage AR aging reports, implement collection strategies, and reduce outstanding receivables and bad debt.

• Ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate audits, and address billing issues to maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and insurance providers.
