Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 Annual Salary

Position Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Scheduler for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) in Bellbrook, Ohio. This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

Qualifications of the Scheduler:

• 1+ years of experience with scheduling in a healthcare or SNF environment

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Must be detail-oriented, able to multitask under pressure, and communicate effectively with staff and management.

Responsibilities of the Scheduler: 

• Develop and adjust daily, weekly, and monthly schedules to ensure adequate staffing for all shifts, in compliance with state regulations and facility needs.

• Respond quickly to call-outs, finding appropriate coverage to maintain resident care standards and avoid understaffing.

• Work closely with nursing leadership and other department managers to ensure staffing aligns with census, acuity, and budget requirements
