Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 Annual Salary

Position Description:
We are looking for a detail oriented and strategic Personal Care Home Administrator ( PCHA ) at our Personal Care Facility in Homer City, Pennsylvania area to lead and oversee our services. The Personal Care Home Administrator ( PCHA ) will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of these services. This is a full time, in person position.
Qualifications:
Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams, including clinicians, case managers, and support staff.
Valid Personal Care Home Administrator (PCHA) license in Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the day-to-day operations of the care home run smoothly, including staffing, resident care, and facility maintenance.
