Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 Annual Salary

Position Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Travel Director of Nursing ( DON ) for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) in Dayton, Ohio to oversee all nursing operations.  This is a full-time position, in-person position Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Qualifications of the Travel Director of Nursing ( DON ) :

• 2+ years as a Travel Director of Nursing ( DON ) for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) or experience in managing multi-facilities at a Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) with experience in leadership and nursing staff development.
• Clear understanding of procedures and patient care within a Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) setting.
• General understanding of budgeting and financial reporting.
• Valid degree in Nursing. A Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently between facilities within Ohio.
  

Responsibilities of the Travel Director of Nursing ( DON ) :

• As the Travel Director of Nursing ( DON ) for our Skilled Nursing  Facility ( SNF ) you will lead and mentor all nursing personnel.
• Enforce policies for high quality standards of patient care.
• Direct budgets and monitor expenditures
  
• Regularly travel between facilities within Ohio to provide an on-site support and training
