Compensation: $300,000 - $450,00 Annual Salary

Position Description:

We are looking for an experienced Psychiatrist ( MD ) for our Inpatient Hospital in Los Angeles, California. This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday - Friday Flexible schedule available!

Qualifications of the Psychiatrist ( MD ):

• Doctor of Medicine Degree ( MD ) and American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology ( ABPN ) certification.
• 2+ years of experience as a Psychiatrist ( MD )
• Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics.
• Familiar with diagnosis and treatment of mental illness and addiction issues. 
• Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications.
• DEA license.
  

Responsibilities of the Psychiatrist ( MD ):

• Assess patients through interviews, observations, tests, and medical history reviews.
• Ask intuitive questions to discover the causes of the disorder.
• Diagnose patients accurately.
• Conduct examinations of ill patients and evaluate symptoms to determine their condition.
• Doing clinical rounds to see patients.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans and prescribe medication as needed.
• Oversee the education program and provide training of residents in medicine.
