Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 Annual Salary

Position Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Admissions Coordinator ( AC ) for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) in Xenia, Ohio. This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
Qualifications of the Admissions Coordinator ( AC ):
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in healthcare administration, social work, business, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in admissions, intake coordination, or administrative support—especially in healthcare, education, or senior services.
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills; familiarity with data entry systems and possibly knowledge of HIPAA or FERPA
Responsibilities of the Admissions Coordinator ( AC ):
Coordinate all aspects of the admission process, including intake, documentation, eligibility verification, and communication with families or referring agencies.
Ensure all admissions data is entered into databases and that records comply with regulatory and organizational standards.
Act as the main point of contact between the organization, prospective clients, and external partners to ensure a smooth transition and clear communication.
