Compensation: $230,000 - $250,000 Annual Salary

Position Description:

We are looking for an experienced Psychiatrist ( MD ) for our Behavioral Health Center in Indianapolis, Indiana to assist with in person visits for adolescents and adults struggling with mental health issues. This is a full time, in person position. This is a full-time, in-person position Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

Qualifications of the Psychiatrist ( MD ):

• Doctor of Medicine degree ( MD ) and American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology ( ABPN ) certification
• 1+ years of experience as a Psychiatrist ( MD )
• Familiar with diagnosis and treatment of mental illnesses through a combination of personal counseling (psychotherapy)
• Broad knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
• In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices

Responsibilities of the Psychiatrist ( MD ):

• Assess patients through sessions and medical history reviews
• Reach an informed diagnosis based on scientific knowledge and the patient’s medical history
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans and prescribe medication as needed
• Maintain complete and confidential medical records
