Compensation: $130,000 - $140,000 Annual Salary

Position Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing ( ADON ) for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) in Union, New Jersey. This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Qualifications of the Assistant Director of Nursing ( ADON ):

• Valid Registered Nurse ( RN ) license in the state of New Jersey

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).

• 2+ years of experience of supervisory or charge nurse experience in a healthcare setting ( Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ), Long Term Care ( LTC ), Behavioral Health, or acute care

• Advanced certifications in leadership, geriatrics, or specialty areas are a plus.

Responsibilities of the Assistant Director of Nursing ( ADON ):

• Support of Daily Nursing Operations

• Staff Supervision and Performance Monitoring

• Assistance with Regulatory Compliance and Surveys

• Coordination of Staff Education and In-Service Training
