Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 Annual Salary

Position Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Marketing Associate for our Psychiatric Hospital in Naples, Florida. This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Qualifications of the Marketing Associate:

• Strong referral and relationship-building skills

• Knowledge of psychiatric and behavioral health services

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Current experience handling referrals, outreach, and admissions coordination in a psychiatric setting

Responsibilities of the Marketing Associate:

• Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, clinics, and community providers

• Promote facility services through outreach, events, and presentations

• Screen and coordinate incoming referrals for psychiatric admissions

• Collaborate with admissions and clinical teams to ensure smooth intake process
