Compensation: $275,000 - $300,000 Annual Salary

Position Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Chief Medical Officer ( CMO ) for our Outpatient Primary Care Facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania . This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Qualifications of the Chief Medical Officer ( CMO ):
Valid Medical Doctor license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Licensed to see pediatrics to geriatrics (Family medicine)
1+ years of experience as Chief Medical Officer ( CMO )
Responsibilities of the Chief Medical Officer ( CMO ):
Stay current on the latest medical advancements, industry trends, and regulatory requirements while ensuring the information is being shared and implemented by all clinical staff.
Managing the medical department's budget, including allocating funds and monitoring expenses.
Strategic planning which includes oversight of the hiring and onboarding of new medical staff, ensuring a completed and competent workforce.
Ensure the organization meets all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and standards.
Travel Requirements: Regular travel throughout Pennsylvania, New York States and DC to various facilities and locations to oversee operations and provide support.
