Compensation: $100,000 Annual Salary + Bonus Incentives

Position Description:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Associate for our Substance Use Disorder ( SUD ) Facility in Chicago, Illinois. This is a full-time, remote position, Monday - Friday, flexible, build your own schedule!

Qualifications of the Marketing Associate:

• 5+ years in healthcare marketing; SUD or behavioral health preferred

• Experience marketing private-pay or luxury healthcare services

• Strong understanding of referral-driven models and regional market dynamics

• Willingness to travel regionally for outreach and events

Responsibilities of the Marketing Associate: 

• Develop and execute marketing plans that position the facility as a premier provider

• Manage referral relationships with therapists, physicians, and interventionists

• Represent the program at industry conferences and networking events

• Collaborate with clinical and admissions teams to ensure brand consistency
