Position Description: We are looking for a dedicated Director of Nursing ( DON ) for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) in Brooklyn, New York to oversee all nursing operations. This is a full-time, in person position Monday - Friday, 9-5. Qualifications of the Director of Nursing ( DON ): 2+ years as a Director of Nursing ( DON ) or Assistant Director of Nursing ( ADON ) at a Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) with experience in leadership and nursing staff development Clear understanding of procedures and patient care within a SNF setting General understanding of budgeting and financial reporting Valid degree in Nursing. Compensation: $170,000 - $200,000 Annual Salary, based on experience.
