Compensation: $125,000 - $155,000 Annual Salary

Position Description:
We are looking for a dedicated AVP of Labor Management for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) in Lakewood, New Jersey. This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Qualifications of the AVP of Labor Management:
Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience in Labor Management or Operations within SNF, LTC, or healthcare, with experience managing workforce analytics across multiple sites.
Proficient in Labor Platforms such as Smartlinx, Kronos, OnShift, or UKG with a proven ability to streamline labor operations and reduce costs.
Responsibilities of the AVP of Labor Management:
Monitor, analyze, and adjust staffing models to ensure efficient labor utilization while maintaining care quality.
Manage system-wide implementation and compliance (e.g., OnShift, UKG), ensuring accurate tracking of hours, overtime, and attendance.
Produce and interpret workforce data (PPDs, OT rates, FTEs) to support executive decisions and drive down excess labor costs.
Partner with administrators and DONs to align labor practices with census trends and budget goals.
Monitor adherence to federal and state labor regulations, union contracts, and internal policies.
