Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 Annual Salary

Position Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Director for our Psychiatric Hospital in Naples, Florida. This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Qualifications of the Maintenance Director:

• Extensive Facilities Maintenance Experience

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in facility operations

• Behavioral Health Safety Knowledge

• Proven ability to supervise maintenance staff, delegate tasks, manage vendor contracts, and oversee preventative maintenance programs

• Healthcare Regulatory Compliance

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Director:

• Manage preventive maintenance schedules and emergency repairs

• Supervise maintenance staff and outside contractors

• Maintain a ligature-resistant, secure environment

• Coordinate inspections, surveys, and regulatory audits

• Manage maintenance budgets and supply inventory
