Position Description:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Regional Director to lead employee experience, engagement, and talent strategies across multiple sites. This role partners with HR and business leaders to drive culture, career development, recruitment, and retention initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence across all levels and travel regularly to support on-site HR needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of a strategic vision and operating model to enhance the overall employee experience, culture, and conduct across all levels of the organisation.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to review feedback, drive employee engagement, and implement effective career pathing and employee programs.
- Act as a trusted partner in problem resolution, demonstrating strong influence and communication skills to support and guide employees and management alike.
- Oversee recruitment efforts, including hiring for management roles, and develop tailored recruitment and retention plans specific to each facility, with regular travel for audits, training, and interventions.
- Exhibit disciplined execution and strong organisational skills, effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while proactively engaging key stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or other related field Current PHR/SPHR certification a plus.
- 4+ of HR experience in a Healthcare environment with multi-facility HR responsibilities is required.
