Compensation: $80,000 - $ 130,000 Annual Salary

Position Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Director of Education for our Applied Behavior Analysis ( ABA ) Company in Lakewood, New Jersey. This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Qualifications of the Director of Education:

• 2+ years of experience with children who have special needs and behavioral challenges.

• Project management and Operational Expertise.

• Clear understanding of the legal requirements and best practices for Early Childhood education.

• Comfortability working in a start up environment.

Responsibilities of the Director of Education:

• Create after school programs for children with special needs.

• Partake in building out the team who will run the programs.

• Once established, stay on as a Director to oversee the programs.

• Report directly to the COO
