Position Description: We are looking for a dedicated Administrator for our Home Healthcare Agency in Brooklyn, NY to oversee all operations. This is a full-time, in-person position Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Qualifications of the Administrator: 5+ years of experience as an Administrator Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, business management, or a related field Clear understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance regulations Responsibilities of the Administrator: Operations Management | Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance. Staff Supervision & Development | Recruit, hire, train, and supervise caregivers, nurses, and administrative staff. Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to policies and procedures. Client Care & Family Support | Oversee client intake, assessments, and care plan development. Ensure high-quality, personalized care for all clients. Compliance & Quality Assurance | Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations, licensing, and accreditation requirements. Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect client confidentiality. Prepare for audits, inspections, and quality reviews. Implement continuous quality improvement initiatives. Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 Annual Salary
