Title: Director of IT

Job Overview:

• Responsible for advancing the department’s IT strategic priorities, with a focus on operational strategy & excellence, process improvement, customer success & system collaboration, and service line IT engagement.
• Develop Operational Strategies & Operating models, collaborating closely with other stakeholders and company leaders.
• Design and implement pertinent processes, policies, and tools to support operating models – focus on service delivery, relationship management, change management, security data privacy and compliance.
• Serve as IT Operational SME across organization; enable cross-functional, operational interactions, leveraging vendors to ensure best practices and appropriate technologies, polices, and standards are in place.
• Ensure effective and efficient delivery of IT services that meet organizational needs as well as all regulatory and compliance requirements.

Knowledge and Experience

• 10 or more years’ relevant experience in business, IT, health care administration, medicine, or other related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the assigned business area’s services, processes, and all areas of data protection and data security.
• Strong experience with ensuring infrastructure is secure and stable, creating vendor alliances which are dependable and there is no down time within locations.
• Create policies and standards around device use and proper safeguarding data accessible via company and personal devices when allowed.
• Ability to leverage technical and systems expertise in all areas of Information Technology programs and planning, including resolution of tactical, strategic, acquisition and integration, and operational issues.
• Experience with integration of new technologies, as well as data migration and integration of technologies into established environments.
• Professional and positive approach in building relationships and quickly gain credibility with senior executives.
