About the role

In this role, you’ll develop the next generation of assessments using leading technologies. You’ll work with innovative agile teams to develop automated testing and QA solutions and practices.

What you’ll do

  • Build automated testing solutions using Javascript and Playwright
  • Collaborate on software projects with product design and technical teams
  • Create and execute testing strategies for back-end services, front-end applications, and infrastructure
  • Work as a technical contributor on an Agile team

 

About you

  • BA/BS required (major in an analytical field desired)
  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in Quality Assurance, test automation or equivalent work experience
  • Experience creating QA strategy, identifying test scenarios and implementing tests using QA automation tools
  • Experience working on Agile engineering teams

 

More about you

  • Experienced with Javascript, Cucumber and either WebDriver IO or Selenium
  • Experienced with AWS services including Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, etc.
  • Experience developing testing strategies and identifying comprehensive test scenarios based on business requirements
  • Ability to mentor the development team on QA automation practices and modern testing strategies
  • Accountable and reliable, proactive communicator and problem solver.
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Ethos of continuous improvement and interest in learning new things
  • Strong ability to understand and internalize the big picture and broader implications
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skill with the ability to work with a diverse set of colleagues, across functions, from different organizations, disciplines, etc.
  • Self-starter with ability to set priorities, work independently and attain goals
