USC or GC is required to pass the background screen.  Ideal person would be able to work onsite 2 days per week middle of the week for essential Long-term Federal  program.

Electronically platform provides SOA based web services of web applications for secured public-facing access to downstream processing of secured information.

Design & develop Java/JEE components w/ JAX-RS, Spring Boot.  Provide unit and development level integration testing.  Some code maintenance  ( 10% ) is required based on needs.

Required Skills/Level of Experience:

· Over 5 years of Java/JEE development with Spring REST, JAX-RS and Spring Boot

· 3 years develop automated unit tests with JUnit

· 2 years working with Redhat OpenShift

· Rational Software Architect or Eclipse or JBoss studio

· IBM EWM, Rational ClearQuest and Rational Team Concert
