We are seeking a Program Manager for an initial 3-month contract that can be done remotely. Will be responsible for oversight, implementation or operations of new and/or existing programs in a corporate environment. Ensure that program delivers according to customer needs. Manage stakeholder relationships. Requires strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including both internal senior management and external business partners. Effective project management skills are very beneficial. Prior experience working with cross-functional teams a plus.

Specific work to be done includes:
• Overall project management to launch of new product
• Work with vendor to develop User flows, user interface
• Conduct journey mapping
• Oversee development of content (videos) and ensure it gets internal approvals
• Coordinate between vendor and IT for member authentication setup
• Coordinate with marketing to develop messaging and positioning
• Work with research to develop customer satisfaction surveys
• Set up structure to QC and monitor vendor performance
