We are seeking a senior consultant for an initial 1 year project which starts out remotely. Will assist in providing HR solutions which support and contribute to the achievement of corporate strategic and tactical goals.
Actively participate in the planning and roll-out of HR initiatives such as competency model development, performance management design, compensation and quarterly bonus planning.
Employee relations, recruitment, benefits, compensation, performance management, succession planning and other progressive HR programs and projects.
Responsible for defining and directing execution of annual strategic HR plans; acting as change agent to drive organizational transformation; ensuring leaders have HR support needed to meet annual objectives; driving results against key performance indicators; and working closely with HR Centers of Execellence.
