We are seeking a recruiter for an initial 1 year position with likelihood of extension to two years for the right person. will be responsible for the complete recruitment cycle including client intake meetings, posting job advertisements, sourcing talent, networking and qualifying candidates.
• Screen, interview and register prospective qualified professional candidates.
• Submit and review candidates with the customer.
• Schedule talent with the selection team and administer interview guides.
• Negotiate salaries and deliver offers.
• Focus on delivering high impact client and candidates service delivery.
Candidates need to demonstrate the ability to quickly and accurately recruit and present candidates and create and maintain long lasting professional relationships. Candidates must be skilled sourcers, have a keen attention and adherence to process, and be experienced with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred).
