We are seeking a Senior Recruiter with at least 7 years recruiting experience for a six month contract job initially starting remotely but may transition into the office later in the year. This person will be responsible for the complete recruitment cycle including posting job advertisements, searching the Internet and relevant databases, networking and qualifying candidates.
Screen, interview and register prospective professional candidates.
Submit and review candidates with the sales staff and the customer.
Assist in negotiating salaries and satisfying customers needs. Respond to multiple orders, and provide professional support to managers.
Candidates need to demonstrate the ability to quickly and accurately recruit and present candidates and create and maintain long lasting professional relationships.
