Responsibilities can include the following: SEC Reporting, M&A transactions, Finance, ERP implementation, SOX, and internal audit. Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of public accounting experience and 2+ years of private industry experience. ERP and IFRS experience are huge pluses. Must have some SEC experience.
