Continual Service Improvement Consultant Lead

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for establishment, deployment, sustainment and reporting of Continual Service Improvement processes, functions, IPTs, workgroups, training, plans, maturation and initiatives; ensuring ITSM and business processes align to and support the program’s strategy, mission, goals and objectives.


  • Candidate must be of a senior level and have experience in process documentation and measurement, CSI development and tracking in a Data Center environment.
  • Degree in Statistics, or related field of study desired.
  • Requires ITILv3 2011 Expert.
  • ITILv3 2011 Master desired.

Must be a US Citizen and possess a Security Clearance due to Federal Contracting Requirements
