Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads via cold-calling, email, LinkedIn, and other outside sources
  • Responsible for the education and development of prospects leading to hand off to sales team
  • Build, manage, and nurture a sales pipeline of interested prospects
  • Research, capture, and document significant customer information in company CRM software
  • Report on new business opportunities and prepare pipeline analysis for the sales team
  • Works closely with sales leadership to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging designed to capture new business
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal sales and marketing team leading to a strategic and collaborative sales environment

 

Requirements

  • 1-2 Years of Business Development Experience (Sales internship a plus)
  • Must be a positive, self-starter with a desire to win
  • Ability to multitask and drive efficiency
  • The ability to accurately determine lead qualifications based upon established criteria
  • Strong verbal and written communication
