Inside Sales Representative

Our client is an industry leader in branded apparel, promotional products and print services and we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process from beginning to end.

We are looking for a candidate that can build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction while exhibiting a consultative approach. An ideal ISR should be competitive and a good listener. Other responsibilities include productive collaboration with account management to drive customer growth through new and repeat sales.


  • Create an annual sales plan that includes well-defined sales activities, and milestones that will provide a clear path to achieving quota.
  • Generate sales within accounts, including upselling and cross-selling among existing contacts and developing relationships with new contacts.
  • Present the value of our products and services to through discovery meetings, presentations and quotes.
  • Service multiple customers concurrently in an effective and timely manner.
  • Remain the key point of contact throughout sales process.
  • Collaborate with account management team to ensure smooth order process.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.


  • Bachelor’s Degree or two years of relevant industry experience.
  • The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and offer a variety of solutions.
  • Strong presentation skills in both oral and written form.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Strong computer skills, especially MS Office and CRM software.


  • Annually: Quota attainment, gross margin, and account retention.
  • Monthly: Quota attainment, quotes/presentations.
  • Weekly: Outbound sales development activities, weekly one on ones.
