Sourcing Specialist

Position Overview: 

If you are passionate about research and love to solve problems and develop new processes and ideas, this may be the perfect role for you. CorTalent is hiring for a full-time candidate sourcing specialist. The person in this role will be tasked with enhancing our organization’s ability to profile, isolate, identify, assess, and build a network of high caliber candidates for potential hire for our client partners. The sourcing specialist will work closely with our internal recruiters to develop and execute research and a sourcing strategy for each client engagement.

  • Act as a subject matter expert in techniques and tools used for information retrieval, data extraction, web-scraping, keyword match and client and candidate research
  • Work directly with recruiters to understand job profiles and candidate expectations
  • Source candidates that match our client partner candidate specifications and submit to search project applicant tracking system
  • Continuously identify new candidate channels to source from
  • Research and track employment trends as they relate to positions we fill (job titles, scope of responsibilities, compensation, supply vs demand, etc.)
  • Develop content for social and other media use in engaging and attracting candidates
  • Complete other research and data driven projects as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a research driven role
  • Understanding of a business structure and high-level knowledge of unique departmental roles
