Your financial planning and analysis experience have prepared you to take on the fast-paced start-up environment. Your interest in market research and trends will set you up for strategic discussion with Owners and Private Equity stakeholders. Pricing contracts and leases of products and services may be helpful, but a go-getter attitude is what will give you the opportunity to succeed.

This position reports to the Chief Finance Officer.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Prepare a plan of action for investments utilizing financial analyses
  • Forecast budgets for the price at which products should be offered to the client
  • Evaluate and compare product offerings of the organization and market to determine profitability
  • Utilize technology to develop graphs and/or financials to provide recommendations to leadership
  • Provide informative investment decisions by analyzing financial information to forecast business, industry, or economic conditions
  • Monitor the operations of facilities, directly correlated to workforce, profitability, products & services of the business
  • Interpret data on price, yield, stability, future investment-risk trends, economic influences, and other factors affecting investment programs
  • Present reports on general economic trends, individual divisions of the corporation, and the industry as a whole
  • Communicate with the Executive Team and Private Equity stakeholders on a regular basis – presentation creation and execution will be helpful
  • Interact with Technology team utilizing the tools and systems in place – getting the most out of them in regard to data and analysis
  • Process Information - Compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing, or verifying information or data
  • Supporting Leadership Team and Department heads with in-depth analysis

Desired profile:

  • 5+ years of Financial Planning or Financial Analysis
  • 4-year degree in Finance or related field
  • Experience within the tech industry is a plus
  • Analyzing & Forecasting all budget and projections for the organization
  • Organize, Plan, and Prioritize Work - Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work
  • Experience with Excel and other data analysis tools
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) on complex data
  • Exceptional attention to detail & critical thinking skills
  • Capable of working independently and as a team member with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
