The Sales Consultant position is an integral role in supporting our Sr. Sales Consultants and working directly with clients providing support, documentation and information critical to their success.This role is part of our competitive advantage as it helps us get “in the trenches” with our clients.

The Opportunity

The Consultant will work with both internal and external customers:


External (primary role)

  • Deliver a targeted number of “billable days” on projects using the company’s proprietary content with an emphasis on Sales Planning, Sales Process, Measurements, CRM and Incentive Compensation
  • Primary support to the consultant which includes scheduling, coordinating, setting up systems, contracts, planning, training and onboarding
  • Supports creation of presentations, scorecards and any other documentation useful for a client engagement
  • Be the “go to” person for project management, content and best practices for our consultants and their clients


    Internal (secondary role)

  • R&D / Project Management – Lead projects as assigned to further develop our offerings creating standards “centerlines” and making them available to our consultants and to clients
  • Internal CRM ( Administrator
  • Office management support – sharing in overall duties to keep the office running and everyone working at their peak.
  • Support all other initiatives and plans as necessary



We are looking for a dedicated key player who is a self-prescribed “learner”, has a passion for sales and an interest in growing with our organization. The ideal candidate must have:

  • 12 or more years of solid experience in sales operations, sales enablement or related field
  • Specifically, we’re looking for someone who, in multiple companies, has:
    • Implemented various incentive compensation plans and/or was involved in calculating and analyzing sales commissions and bonuses
    • Has advanced knowledge with CRM systems & implementations…”Super User”
    • Has developed and created insights from sales reporting and analysis
    • Has implemented new processes the sales team needed to follow
    • Is familiar with modern sales methodologies, sales process and buyers journey alignment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred



In addition to the experiences listed above, we’re looking for a targeted set of skills including:

  • Ability to collaborate with many different teams and personalities (internal & external)
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel including building models, pivot tables, charts and graphs, building workbooks, uploading and downloading data from other systems, etc.
  • CRM Super User – preferably has worked in multiple platforms
  • Effective writer
  • Excellent listener and communicator
