Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as a contractor in the Intelligence Community.
  • Lead changes to web services built on Oracle Fusion middleware
  • Provide architecture, design and implementation consulting for information sharing environment utilizing modern Web Service tools, technologies, standards, and specifications – including Oracle SOA Suite
  • Establish and apply best practices, to ensure successful implementation of solution designs through collaborative project team communication, planning documentation, system testing, and defect resolution.
  • Manage day-to-day efforts toward project accomplishments.
  • Participate in project planning and project status communications.

Required Qualifications:

  • United States citizenship
  • Top Secret/SCI with Poly
  • BS computer science or related field (or 8 years of equivalent work experience)
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients

  • 8 or more years experience of Oracle SOA
  • 8 or more years experience of Oracle Weblogic
  • Web service development experience using Oracle SOA suite (BPEL, and OSB) or any other equivalent technology for the middleware integration such JAVA etc.
  • Familiarity with XML, WSDL, SOAP etc.
  • Experience developing web services, SOAP and RESTful, deployed in a SOA environment
  • Strong analytical troubleshooting and performance evaluation skills.
  • Must be an effective team member with strong communications skills and the ability to follow-through, stay motivated, and collaborate with all team members.
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and partner with virtual teams
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage to tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements

An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Technical Manager leads experienced consulting teams and responsible for the day-to-day implementation and operations aspects of the system for high quality, integrated solutions within constraints of time and budget. Develops detailed design of Oracle IT capabilities which may involve integration with third party products and/or GOTS capabilities. This includes designing, implementing, testing, and deploying more complex extensions or configurations needed to address customer unique business processes and workflows. Works on substantive and unique issues that identifies risks and risk mitigations. Develops methods, techniques and evaluation criteria providing functional and technical experience on on-premise, cloud, and hybrid based solutions.
