About the Role
We are looking to hire a Marketing & Strategic Planning Intern to assist our growing team in planning for the Declare 2019 Summit. The Declare Summit will connect a community of powerful leaders committed to lifting themselves and their network up the corporate ladder.
Candidates must be self-starting, adaptable, and prepared to work in a fast-paced environment.
As our Marketing & Strategic Planning Intern You’ll Get to...
Work collaboratively with the Summit Team to plan for a successful inaugural event
Utilize email marketing tools to promote attendees and speakers
Identify leads and complete cold outreach
Provide administrative support as it relates to sourcing leads as well as event planning
Work alongside top executives who are dedicated to the mission

A self-starter attitude with a strong work ethic
Attentive to detail and very organized
Experienced using Excel (VLookups, Filtering, Sorting)
Interested in learning email marketing automation
A strong communicator and writer
Flexible and can evolve with our organization
