Associate/Senior Associate - FP&A

We are looking to hire an associate/senior associate of FP&A to join our team and support our key executives. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day management of the business as well as aiding in the strategy and growth of the business. Candidates must be self-starting, adaptable, and prepared to work in a fast-paced environment.


  • Reporting Activities

  • Work collaboratively with the accounting, sales, and executive teams

  • Collaborate with CFO and key business stakeholders to understand the financial results, key metrics, and trends in order to construct a narrative and make strategic recommendations

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive monthly and quarterly reporting packages including materials that support management, investor pitches, and board presentations

  • Identify and drive initiatives that continuously improve, automate, and scale reporting processes

  • Owning, improving, and updating the financial model

  • Help drive the annual planning and interim forecasting processes, ensuring alignment between strategy, operations and financial plans

  • Perform financial scenario analyses to support long-term planning and strategic decision making

  • Partner with People Operations to manage scaling and growth of headcount

  • Partner cross-functionally on budgets, forecasting, expenses, benchmarking, analyses and reporting

  • Proactively drive ad hoc strategic and operational analyses and projects


  • Degree in Finance, Business or Accounting. CPA or MBA is a plus.

  • 3-5 years experience in financial planning & analysis / corporate finance or accounting. Experience in investment banking is a plus.

  • Experience with Salesforce, QuickBooks, Tableau preferred

  • Analytical and strategic mindset, always looking to deep dive into the figures and challenge the numbers.

  • Extremely strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience building financial models and preparing slide decks that clearly convey analysis and conclusions

  • Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently, while also able to build strong internal relationships and build consensus on critical initiatives

  • Ability to be flexible, multi-task, have strong organizational, project management, communication and leadership skills to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple projects.

  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a constantly changing fast-growing start-up environment.

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey recommendations and conclusions to senior leadership.

  • Openness to a team mentality; willing to get hands dirty and help with whatever needs to be done
