We are seeking a Sales Executive to join Declare, a team that is committed to gender equality and professional advancement. This leader must have strong client-facing sales experience with a proven track record of prospecting, closing and on-boarding clients. You will be responsible for making strategic improvements to the sales funnel and providing plans to exceed sales goals. You will play a key role as we scale.
Your next challenge:
Meet and exceed revenue goals by skillfully leading and managing sales activities to targeted prospects
Articulate the path to closure and drive key tactical steps for each account
Work closely with community management team to ensure smooth and successful member on-boarding
Possess an attitude of collaboration and relationship-building both within and outside of the company
Analyze selling trends and prepare presentations for accounts, increasing distribution and volume goals.
Ensure effective and consistent use of Salesforce to accurately track selling and buying activities, pipeline velocity, client interaction and feedback and forecasting of results
You will be effective if you have:
3-6 years of client-facing sales experience (preferably at a start-up)
Proven history of success in outside sales
An exceptionally high standard of excellence, a killer work ethic and a willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done.
Excellent prospecting, presentation and closing skills
Proficiency in Salesforce, GSuite, Microsoft Office
