IDM Project Manager (Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, executing, and closing tasks related to the development and deployment of our internal IDM solution.
• This role requires a solid project management skills, strong skills and experience with software development lifecycles, and a solid understanding of identity and access management concepts
• Project Planning and Execution:
• Define project milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Utilize agile or waterfall methodologies (or hybrid) as appropriate for the project.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, IT professionals, and business stakeholders.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.

Identity Management Expertise:

• Gain and maintain knowledge of BILH IDM concepts, including authentication, authorization, provisioning, and governance.
• Understand and document the technical requirements and challenges of implementing an IDM platform.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Track and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
  Provide regular updates to management on project status.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with specific IDM and HR technologies (e.g., Workday, Azure AD ).
• Experience with scripting or programming languages.
