UKG Pro WFM Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) Implementation Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation projects within the Health System. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UKG Pro WFM solutions (Timkeeping, Advanced Scheduling, EZ- Call and Timeclocks) with proven experience managing complex, large multi-entity healthcare organizations through successful system deployment, configuration, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead full-cycle implementations of UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly Kronos) for all entities.

· Serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and internal UKG teams to ensure smooth project execution.

· Manage multiple concurrent projects across multi-entity organizations, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.

· Facilitate discovery sessions, pay-practice alignment, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, training, and go-live support.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, IT, Compliance, and Operations. Customize configurations to meet unique business needs, especially around shift differentials, timekeeping rules, and union labor agreements common in healthcare.

· Mitigate risks and resolve project issues with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

· Ensure regulatory compliance is factored into system design (e.g., HIPAA, labor laws).

· Support data migration, system integration with Workday and Epic, and post-go-live optimization. Provide project documentation including project plans, issue logs, change requests, and executive updates.

 

Qualifications Required:· 7+ years of project management experience, including 3 - 5 years implementing UKG Pro Workforce Management (or Kronos WFD). Minimum 2 full life cycle end-to-end UKG implementations

· Strong background in the healthcare industry, with proven experience supporting multi-entity clients or health systems.

· Experience with complex organizational structures, shared services, and unionized environments. Demonstrated understanding of WFM modules: Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Leave Management, Accruals.

· PMP or similar project management certification preferred. · Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).

· Strong client-facing communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to manage competing priorities and drive outcomes in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

· Preferred: Experience integrating UKG WFM with Workday (HR/Payroll) and Epic (EMR).

· Familiarity with union rules, shift differentials, and scheduling best practices in healthcare.
