Project Manager, Digital/IT

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Digital Team members & project team members from respective brand, serve as the central point of contact as the project leader to drive and align requirements
  • Track, manage and prioritize existing and new project tasks on a daily basis (daily stand-up) to ensure timely delivery
  • Clearly and concisely communicate the project team status to executive leadership, business stakeholders, and other teams in the program
  • Ensure external development team is fully functional and productive
  • Triage and prioritization of production issues and defects, and manage issues thru resolution
  • Balancing the team workload between defect resolution and new feature implementation
  • Escalate critical matter to management when needed to resolve issues
  • Raise awareness of dependencies and blocks that are impediment to the project phase/ sprint / iteration
  • Leverage internal & external functional specialists/teams to develop strategies, tactics, platforms, and assets to be deployed across web, social, mobile, in-store channels, and emerging media
  • Accurately manage timelines, resources and budget across all global campaigns to ensure goals and objectives are met
  • Analyze results to ensure that insights are integrated into current and future strategies, as well as develop frameworks to help refine our shopper, consumer, and customer strategies

 

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital project & program management, as digital/IT project manager
  • Combination of project management experience in software development, enterprise application development and deployment, IT hardware and network infrastructure
  • Experience in developing and deploying Restaurant/Food Services technology, including POS, kiosk, digital systems is desired
  • Highly creative and collaborative leader who prides themselves on defining strategy and using data for decision making
  • Highly developed project management skills, Waterfall & Agile preferred
  • Experience in operating within a hybrid Waterfall Agile environment preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead through influence
  • Highly detailed oriented to drive tactical execution and implementation
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge and thorough understanding of digital landscape especially in desktop & mobile web development
  • Organized, self-starter, must be willing to jump in and get the job done if necessary
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly demanding environment
  • Able to travel internationally & domestically 10-25%
