  • Co-pilot with the brand marketing team as a core team member to educate the development of digital strategies, tactics, and assets as integral elements of the overall Brand strategy and global marketing plan
  • Ensure global digital campaigns & initiatives align with regional / local initiatives and business needs
  • Drive and educate marketing team in leveraging social media is their core marketing platform along with key success metric measurements
  • Champion the global digital platforms and project from Digital DNA and facilitate a smooth deployment with the regional marketing team
  • Leverage internal functional specialists/teams to develop strategies, tactics, platforms, and assets to be deployed across web, social, mobile, in-store channels, and emerging media
  • Collaborate with regional digital marketing resources to identify highly successful local or regional initiatives and drive expansion of those programs across our global business
  • Accurately manage timelines, resources and budget across all global campaigns to ensure goals and objectives are met
  • Work closely with internal and external partners to maintain best practices, stay abreast of industry and regional/local trends
  • Define core business objectives and performance measurements that map to measurable business results
  • Track performance of digital marketing programs on an on-going basis to establish best practices, while comparing against internal and industry benchmarks
  • Analyze results to ensure that insights are integrated into current and future strategies, as well as develop frameworks to help refine our shopper, consumer, and customer strategies



  • 7+ years of experience in creating social media strategy and consumer engagement program
  • Highly creative and collaborative leader who prides themselves on defining strategy and using data for decision making
  • 10+ years of hands on experience in social media, digital marketing, and developing unique original content with social influencers / KOLs
  • Able to travel internationally & domestically 25-50%
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead through influence
  • Ability to quickly pivot between high level strategic thinking and detailed tactical execution and implementation
  • Entrepreneur – self-motivated, problem solver, takes initiative, results oriented
  • Strong analytical skills with quick translation of analytics to implementations
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge and thorough understanding of digital landscape
  • Test/learn/expand mentality, willingness to learn from mistakes and move forward
  • Highly organized, self-starter, must be willing to jump in and get the job done if necessary
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly demanding environment
  • Excellent reporting and analytic skills, both quantitative and qualitative, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to educate through co-working with other resources within the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic team environment
