Our developing business is looking for an IT Support Technician to join our group.
Job Summary:
Complete assigned support requests within the established time frame
Monitor and maintain all company workstations and peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.)
Provide primary support for assigned locations including corporate and shop locations
Monitor and maintain requests for support assistance including coordination with other support personnel
Complete special projects as assignments including new shop openings and shop moves
Work occasional overtime as required
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting workstations and peripherals in large LAN and WAN environment with 1200+ computers and 250 geographic locations
Minimum 3 years’ work experience with Windows XP, Windows 7 and Mac OS.
Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting Microsoft Back Office family line of products including MS Office and Outlook.
Formal technical training and certificate is a plus
Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
