Project Management Administrator in Columbus, GA (Contract-to-hire)

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assists in coordinating key meetings and work sessions, managing milestone calendar to ensure all deliverables are on schedule to meet overall deliverables. Assist Management team, Contractors, and all departments within a project and/or program.
  • Consolidates status reports into weekly updates and communicates project roadblocks and recommended solve.
  • Works closely with Creative Lead and Manager to identify opportunities for process improvements and project risk analysis.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field and at least two years of relevant job-related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience working in a project marketing environment (preferred)

Job Knowledge & Skills:


  • Microsoft Office Suite: Intermediate
  • Excel: Intermediate
  • General knowledge of design and marketing campaign work
