Due to company growth, we are now seeking an exceptional senior support manager with demonstrable experience in building teams as well as passion for customers. Reporting to the Technology GM, you will work closely with our client base, managers, product management and engineering team to provide and influence leadership by way of enhancing customer experience.
As a Technology Project Manager, your relationship management, project management and attention to detail, combined with your overall technical skills will ensure our clients have a positive experience of the company’s operational capability.
This role will provide leadership to support teams and will be responsible for troubleshooting and supporting provider products. The support manager will identify patterns and trends in tickets to identify brewing escalations and work with product and ETS in resolving issues holistically.
