DHG Search is conducting a search for a Director of Strategic Revenue Planning. Our client is a not-for-profit hospital and managed by one of the largest healthcare systems in North Carolina. The hospital has 341 physicians representing 46 medical specialties and 139 providers representing 25 allied health areas.
The Director of Strategic Revenue Planning. will lead improvements in net revenue and collection rate, and will serve as the liaison for commercial contracting. The director is responsible for leading the strategic analysis and planning of financial profitability for service lines to include identifying impacts and opportunities related to changes in strategic pricing, supply chain, payer requirements, pay for performance, bundled payment programs, payor penalties, case mix, case rate reimbursement, uncompensated care and bad debt.
The director will lead and support clinical leadership and the executive team a in strategic direction for growth in the services, cost savings opportunities, financial profitability of service lines and will serve as the financial advisor on Care Process Models.
The Director will actively lead and participate in internal external committees. Collaborates with representatives throughout the organization to plan, organize and execute strategies with the goal of enhancing financial outcomes.
The position reports to the Chief Financial Officer.
Preferred Masters Degree: MHA, MBA, MRHIA, MPH
