Our client. headquartered in Charlotte, NC, is a growing international company that supplies the automotive industry as well as other industries with supplies shipped from Italy in multiple warehouses in United States. They are looking to add a logistics/customer service specialist to their team.
— Create purchase orders, sales orders, delivery notes to be logged into SAP.
— Develop relationships with warehouse staff, custom brokers and with factory located in Italy.
— Manage inventory
— Manage customer forecasts and closed orders
— Set up transport through customers websites
— Support budget reporting activities
— Expedite orders from the factory
— Communicate with third party warehouses
— Correspond with customers, custom brokers, and factory to get the releases and shipping information
— Invoicing and receiving of payments
— Accounts payable activities for a small amount of vendors.
— Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, business administration or Finance
— Proficient with SAP and MS Office
— Possess the ability to work with deadlines and manages customers’ priorities
— Experience with data analysis
— Excellent customer service skills
— Ability to work with individuals with diverse backgrounds
— Experience with order fulfillment and material management
— Experience with global organization preferred
— Enjoyment in working with small group and must be authorized to work in US.
