Our client is a fast growing developer and looking for a Administrative Clerk to join their team. 

Will be responsible for for processing applications for housing according to compliance regulations and guidelines.  The Administrative Clerk must also work with and on behalf of Ownership to execute effective annual administrative operating cycles, ensuring all regulatory requirements are completed, and liaise with the various governmental agencies, housing authorities, and other stakeholders to maximize economic outcomes, and minimize operational risks. 

 

Requires:

High School or GED

Willingness to learn

Must be self motivated

Must have a stable work history of at least 2 years with one company.

Salary in the $14 to $15/hr.
