We are seeking an experienced CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER to join the HQ team location.
—Provide strategic planning, guidance and leadership in all areas of Finance/accounting.
—Supervision of as many as 3 direct reports in the Columbia SC area location.
—Provide support and guidance to executive group for strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting
—Search for new areas for process improvement in areas of the Revenue Cycle, accounting and operations.
—Provide a vision that is financially sound by reviewing various financing options as needed
—Staff and team development/mentoring
—Provide financial presentations to Owner/Director
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
—BS degree in accounting or finance
—7+ years experience
—Experience in the construction industry, civil/infrastructure/grading company experience preferred
—Strong software skills
—Statistical analysis and problem solving skills
—Excellent communication and management skills.
—CPA, MBA or CMA preferred.
