Position: Admirative & Contracts Assistant

Type: Contract-to-Hire

Pay Rate: $25 -$35 per hour plus full benefits

Location: Los Angeles (near Downtown)

Onsite Position - NO REMOTE

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday (standard office hours)

 

Our client is a reputable national company with a strong presence across the United States and other global hubs. They are seeking to hire a Contracts Administrator to support the contracts division within the legal group.

The Contracts Administrator will provide general office and management support for employment contracts and collective bargaining agreements. You will support in creating correspondences, reviewing contracts, and updating internal systems. Update management on contracts, and document reviews, and will handle contract implementation. Experience with construction or real estate contracts is ideal

Daily Tasks:

  • Prepare and provide documents, reports, presentations, and information in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Review existing contracts and advise management on the contract rules.
  • Assisting in Member contact and follow-up retaining to issues/projects
  • Organizing, filing, and maintaining documents
  • Review current contract systems and processes and recommend improvements in order to streamline processes and improve functionality.
  • Edit, proof documents were written by staff members. This includes letters, contracts, and forms. Etc.
  • Set up and maintenance of projects files (both hardcopy and electronic);
  • Scanning and copying documents;
  • Data Entry;
  • Answering multi-line phones;
  • Scanning and copying documents;
  • Data Entry;
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
