We are an amazing Kids Camp nonprofit that works with amazing people in the community. We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Human Resource Coordinator to support company-wide human resources tasks. He/She is also responsible for the oversight hiring process and compliance, onboarding/offboarding. We are seeking someone with TriNet – Kronos and Paylocity experience. The HR coordinator will also handle employee relations issues, and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies. They will also be part of a strong team-oriented department that is collaborative, cooperative, and dynamic.
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:
Oversee administration of all company benefits including; managing, implementing and executing benefit plans and programs.
Handle benefit inquires and/or concerns to ensure quick and courteous resolutions.
Meet and assist employees with the leave process including, reviewing eligibility and rights under each plan, reviewing and submitting claim forms to the insurance carrier, and tracking employees' leave timelines.
Create, assemble and mail/email Salesforce links of participant application packets for all programs, correspondence, digital application information (e.g. recruitment packets, confirmation packets, and incomplete application follow-up mailings/emailing’s).
Provide guidance and policy interpretation to employees and managers. Handle employee relations issues.
